Sci-Fi Channel (a.k.a. SYFY)

As VP of Creative, I led all campaign creative, branding, and marketing while mentoring a 40+ person team of writer/producers, motion designers, and print designers. This collection of brand idents and films, written, creative directed, and in some cases directed by me, reframed science fiction from aliens and fantasy to the everyday “What if.” The work served a strategic role: elevating the channel’s profile with advertisers and positioning Sci-Fi as a more premium network. During the multi-year transition to higher-budget programming, these brand films and idents filled commercial slots, building awareness and making the network feel more mainstream and relatable to a wider audience.
